RESERVATIONS: A minimum deposit of one night's stay or 50% of stay whichever is the greatest is due at the time of the booking. The balance is due upon arrival. We accept personal and travelers checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard and cash. We ask that payment be sent within three days after making your reservation. CANCELLATIONS: In the event of a cancellation, your deposit less a $20.00 service fee per room will be refunded if ten or more days notice is given. Cancellations nine or fewer days before the reservation date will result in a deposit forfeiture. (One half the cost of all nights reserved). Same day no shows will be charged 100%. RATES: $90.00-double occupancy. Includes private bath, ceiling fans, handmade quilts in the summer, down comforters in the winter, hot/cold tea with homemade cookies upon arrival and a full breakfast with freshly ground coffee in the morning. |

SIGHTSEEING: We love St. Louis, and enjoy sharing it with you. Cherokee Antique row, St. Louis Union Station, The Gateway Arch, Forest Park, The Muny, Powell Symphony Hall, The Fox Theater, Shaw Botanical Gardens and the NEW Busch Stadium are just five to ten minutes away. We have easy access to al major highways: 55, 44, 40-61, & 70. |
PETS: We have one resident boss cat, Biddie, a Siamese, who is 14 years old and one loving rescue dog, Stella, a Doberman Pincher that we think is about eight years old. |
| ABOUT THE POPPS: Wayne is pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church of Ballwin, and the speaker on the international radio ministry, "The Lutheran Reformation Hour." He is also owner of a fire extinguisher company a few blocks from the B&B. Gea is a retired music teacher, but stays involved with music through the church and Sweet Adelines International. | |
